I saw an owl last night
Sitting in the big tree
Behind my house
When I let the dog out
It didn’t make a sound
But I saw her turn her head
As she waited
For the storm to pass

      It was a gift. We also got some rain that night. And a lot of earth shaking thunder and big bolts of lightning.
