Of minimal writing.

Not because I don’t want to, but more because I’m being pulled in too many directions at once.

Right before traveling to be with my elderly mother, I had been learning a new tapestry weaving technique- open warp. I was making good progress. Now I wonder if I’ll ever get back to it.

But I finished this mini tapestry since then using this new technique.

I’ve also been learning how to use a new device for visible mending.

I’m still working with fibers when I can and spending a lot of time performing tasks that I’d rather not be doing. I’m also hoping that my country will come to its senses and start holding the rich and powerful accountable for their atrocious acts. I know it doesn’t have a great track record for that, but one can always hope.
