I finished a little mini tapestry a couple of weeks ago that makes a perfect resting spot for my ceramic snail bank that my grandparents gave me when I was very young.

This piece was started very quickly so that I could take a picture of a cardboard loom.

I am hoping to present weaving and fiber arts workshops in my local libraries and I needed to make a flyer (with photos) that could be distributed to librarians. So I made the loom, started the piece, took a picture, and then made the flyer. I finished the piece days after

While I haven’t managed to get any fiber workshops booked yet, I do have an altered books workshop scheduled at Sahuarita Library on December 5th. Given that I didn’t think the library presenting would start until next year, I’m considering my one booking to be a success.
